A 19 year old patient Teja Murthy and his father Mohan Murthy from New South Wales, Australia visited IAFA Ayurveda® after taking the treatment from Dr Sahil Gupta for 3 months via online consultation. With a diagnosis of Eosinophilic Esophagitis, Teja and his parents were desperate for some kind of relief, which doesn’t involve leading to a new debility. He was suffering from the ailment for half of his life. While searching for the solution, they approached the Institute of Applied Food Allergy®, an Ayurvedic Institute in their motherland India where they grew up.
So, here’s the live discussion of Teja’s parents Mohan and Dr Gupta about his recovery journey of health and healing at Institute of Applied Food Allergy®, India.
Teja was diagnosed with Eosinophilic Esophagitis i.e. is inflammation of esophagus caused by raised levels of eosinophils with symptoms of upper gastrointestinal tract i.e. haematemesis, hyperacidity with regurgitation. During the consultation with Dr Gupta he explained how Eosinophilic Esophagitis is referred to as Amalpitta in Ayurveda which is caused by the imbalance of the doshas and prescribed the natural treatment which was an effective remedy for the patient. After taking the medicines for 2 months it was evident to the patient that this was the right path to healing. Keeping this in mind Teja and his Father visited IAFA Ayurveda® Centre physically to get a more detailed examination done. In the consultation Dr Gupta did Ashtvidha Pareeksha and General Physical Examination and found that Teja had some white discolored patches on his back which was diagnosed as Tinea Versicolor. Subsequently, Teja’s father also took natural treatment from IAFA Ayurveda® during his visit to India. It just shows how the knowledge of ancient science given by our forefathers and determination to heal can bring a major change in the quality of human life.
