Through this case study, Dr. Gupta wants to present to you the details of Cows’ Milk Allergy Treatment and give you a glimpse of the miracle of ancient Ayurveda.

Introduction

Cows’ milk allergy is very common in infants of 1 year old. It can be more likely in the patients whose parents have any kinds of allergies than others. Allergies can run from generation to generation. Cows’ milk consists of a protein called Casein which many infants’ immune systems consider as an antigen and start producing antibodies to fight against it. This is called an autoimmune reaction and results in various life-threatening conditions. Due to autoimmune response, our body reacts and produces rashes over the body, and also triggers the nose resulting in Allergic Rhinitis. As per Ayurveda, this condition can be correlated to Ksheeraalasaka. It can be caused due to Sannipathajastanyadushti which is the vitiliation of all three doshas. Cows’ milk allergy can be a cause of allergic rhinitis, food allergies and Atopic dermatitis.
